As of now (Aug 2020), it is possible to sync Outlook events with Apple Calendar on the Mac with an added Microsoft Exchange account.

However, on iOS, somehow the iOS device becomes a puppet to the Exchange admin where he she can remotely manage and even erase my device.

In a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) workplace, I dont ever want my iPhone and iPad to be remotely managed.

Ideally, the admin could just log you out or delete the account if an employee leaves the company.
